Our office offers a wide range of procedures to improve your appearance. If you are unhappy with your smile or the appearance of your teeth  there are many ways to get the smile you've always wanted.

Bleaching is a procedure that uses a peroxide solution to whiten the teeth. It is the simplest and least invasive cosmetic procedure. Many people have become familiar with one-visit in-office bleaching techniques such as Zoom; other techniques use a similar peroxide gel which is applied to the teeth daily for two weeks in a plastic stent carrier that snaps over the teeth.

Enameloplasty and Occlusal Adjustment are sometimes indicated to reshape jagged or uneven front teeth that are otherwise sound.

Composite Fillings are tooth colored restoration materials that are a strong, safe natural looking alternative to mercury-containing silver fillings.

Bonding Composite filling material can be used to reshape or restore minor imperfections in front teeth that are not severe enough to warrant  crowning the teeth.

Porcelain Inlays and Onlays are restorations placed when a tooth has decay or fracture that is not extensive enough to require a crown. This restoration makes it possible to create healthy interproximal contours with greater precision than is usually possible with ordinary composite fillings. Furthermore, this type of restoration does not require the removal of all external tooth structure.

Non-toxic restorations While there is debate about the advisability of removing mercury-containing restorations solely for this reason alone, many people are concerned about the dangers of mercury-containing amalgam fillings. The word amalgam means "an alloy containing mercury." Porcelain inlays, onlays and crowns as well as composite restorations provide mercury-free alternatives for those concerned about the safety of amalgam fillings.

Porcelain/Zirconia Crowns and Bridges allow for crowns and bridges that are lifelike and naturally colored without the dark opaque lifeless look of porcelain fused to metal restorations.

Porcelain Veneers make it possible to improve your appearance without having to cut down healthy but cosmetically compromised teeth. Much like false fingernails, the veneer is cemented to the front surface of your front teeth. For many people only the six upper front teeth are visible when smiling. A new smile can be created with as little as six veneers. Some minimal preparation of the tooth is often necessary to create space for the veneer. In some cases veneers can be fabricated without cutting down the teeth at all. Veneers have also been used to close spaces between the front teeth and create the appearance of straight teeth without the need for years of orthodontic treatment.

Lumineers are a brand name of porcelain veneers made by Cerinate. Lumineers can be made extremely thin. This allows the lumineer veneer to be placed over existing tooth structure without the need for painful drilling. For those patients who want to change their smile without having to go through uncomfortable dental procedures this is a good alternative to conventional veneers or full crowns.

Captek Crowns and Bridges are porcelain restorations made with a unique yellow gold and platinum framework that can give more pleasing esthetics than older porcelain fused to metal techniques.

Porcelain fused to Metal Crowns and Bridges are sometimes indicated when the strength of a restoration is a primary concern.
